English Cathedrals’ Cycle Relay.
Linking the 42 Church of England cathedrals in a 2000-mile route, The Cathedrals Cycle Route (CCR) welcomes everyone! Born out of the challenges of COVID, the CCR was created in 2021 to foster connection and promote a sense of togetherness, embracing all backgrounds and beliefs.
On Tuesday 24th June our Senior Lay Vicar, Fran Ambrose, will be riding with his son, Sammy (one of our Choristers), Neil Platt and Ian Hayter (new Lichfield Sheriff) from Coventry to Birmingham and then on to Lichfield. The following day we'll be carrying on to Chester where they’ll hand the baton on.
